Bill Witherspoon
My name is Bill Witherspoon, and I am dedicated to providing thorough, unbiased home inspections that help clients make informed decisions. I have completed the required Florida home inspector training and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in residential construction, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.

I am also a retired U.S. Navy Logistics Specialist, where I developed a strong commitment to attention to detail, accountability, organization, and mission-focused service. During my military career, accuracy and thoroughness were essential, and those same principles guide every home inspection I perform today.

In addition to my inspection training and military background, I bring years of experience as a business owner, where customer service, professionalism, and integrity have always been top priorities. My experience has taught me the importance of identifying potential issues, communicating findings clearly, and helping clients make informed decisions.

As a family man and business owner, I understand that buying a home is one of the most significant investments a person can make. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving my community, and enjoying the Florida outdoors.
